Sacred science and the ancient wisdom are topics frequently discussed at Theosophical venues. But is science really sacred or has it become too adored? The word quantum has been attached to so many products today we can ask: are we even talking about ancient wisdom or just another marketing ploy for a new item of consumption? This program was recorded at the 124th annual summer convention of the Theosophical Society in America. 2010. 57 minutes.

Ralph Hannon, Ph.D., is a professor emeritus of the Department of Chemistry at Kishwaukee college in Malta, Illinois. Ralph received his B.S. in physics from Eastern Illinois University in 1963. He taught two years in the Downers Grove Public School system. He then returned to graduate school at Northern Illinois University to work on his M.S. in physics (67). Ralph completed his Ph.D. in chemistry, also at NIU, in 1972. While Ralph was writing his dissertation, he took a teaching job at Kishwaukee College (1970). He remained at Kishwaukee College for thirty one years and retired in 2001.
